The year 2022 welcomed unique tourism news widely reported in the foreign media. We‘ve selected some of the highlights of this year‘s events, some of which we share below:

One of the most visited tourist destinations in Lithuania, Trakai, will turn into a mini-Venice this year. If until now it was possible to admire Lake Galvė from yachts, boats or other watercraft, this year it will also be possible to admire Trakai from gondolas!

This year, new hotels will also welcome tourists to Lithuania. A new four-star “Accor” Group hotel “Victoria” will open in Klaipėda, whereas Kaunas will open “ibis Styles Kaunas”.
